Which organic modules actually hold up

On recent inspections I’ve seen everything from a 20-minute video to a full-day workshop labeled “organic refresher,” and I’m trying to pin down what truly meets auditor expectations for processing staff. Has anyone had smooth certifier acceptance with a structured 1–2 hour annual module that covers 7 CFR 205.103 recordkeeping, 205.272 commingling/prohibited contact, and a sanitizer decision tree, plus a quick mass-balance/traceability exercise?

I once found that a 1-hour online module covering the essentials led to smoother audits for my team — it was like a quick coffee break to refresh our memory — didn’t take long but made a big difference. Just be sure to keep it engaging; otherwise, folks tune out faster than a microwave beep.
