When Ingredients Fight Back

It’s wild how often we underestimate ingredients. Just last week, I had a batch of strawberries that decided to mold before I could even wash them. You’d think they were staging a rebellion against food safety standards! Anyone else have a funny ingredient fiasco in the processing line?

It’s hilarious how rebellious ingredients can get! I once had a batch of garlic that seemed to multiply overnight. Maybe they thought they were auditioning for a food horror flick.

I totally get that! Last week, my avocados were perfectly ripe one minute and a mushy disaster the next — it feels like they’ve got a secret clock ticking.
