Working in spice procurement, I’ve come to realize how vital strong relationships with suppliers are for ensuring quality. Recently, I had an issue with a particular shipment from a supplier, but because of our established trust, we were able to quickly address the problem and agree on a better quality control process. It’s experiences like these that highlight how crucial good communication and collaboration are in our industry.
