The Benefits of Fermented Foods

Fermented foods have become quite popular recently, and for good reason… They are rich in probiotics, which can significantly enhance gut health and even boost your immune system. Just make sure to watch the sodium levels in some brands; I learned the hard way with one that was super salty.
