I’m considering shifting our turmeric program from origin-locked (primarily Erode, IN) to origin-agnostic, spec-driven purchasing to de-risk weather shocks and freight… Has anyone kept strong supplier relationships under that model while holding curcumin at least 3.5%, moisture at or below 10%, and zero tolerance on Sudan dye screens?
