Optimizing our QA processes

I’ve been analyzing our current quality control measures and I notice some redundancies that might be slowing us down. For example, our testing phases could overlap by about 15%, which could free up some resources and speed up our release schedule. Has anyone else explored ways to streamline their QA workflows? I’d love to hear your insights.

I agree on the timing part — streamlining our overlap definitely helped us. In our last project, setting clear criteria for test phase entry really cut down on wasted cycles. Have you thought about implementing specific gates for that?
